Julien and William wanted a striking transformation for their 70m2 T2 apartment in the 9th arrondisement of Paris. In a classic Haussmannian building, they aimed to maximize space while retaining and restoring original details such as the crown moldings and hardwood floors.

The renovation project involved a complete layout change, swapping the original kitchen for a bathroom and creating a bedroom with an attached dressing room. A standout feature was a bespoke wooden mural that cleverly concealed the bathroom entrance.

The custom bathroom incorporated a spacious jacuzzi tub, reflecting their modern design style. We also crafted a bespoke wine storage solution for their vast collection. The result? A charming, warm, and cozy space blending modern elements with Parisian charm, fulfilling Julien and William's vision perfectly.
