ROSA PARK

Hugo and David, the first owners of an 80m2 T3 apartment in Saint-Ouen, embarked on a collaboration with us for the renovation of the entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas of their brand new flat.

As part of a new construction, we collaborated directly with the developer which allowed us to shape the apartment's layout in the most seamless way possible. Their vision included a strikingly vast open kitchen plan with a spacious island and an expansive TV wall flanked by library-style bookshelves.

The interior design embraced a contemporary style, with the centerpiece being a statement kitchen featuring luxurious Taj Mahal natural stone countertops. This project seamlessly fused functionality and aesthetics, reflecting Hugo and David's desire for a modern, yet inviting living space.
