DENFERT ROCHEREAU

Veronica and Jonathan entrusted us with their renovation project of a 100m2 T3 apartment nestled within an art deco style building in the 14th arrondisement of Paris. As a young couple, they sought a contemporary design style and only held onto the original crown moldings which were fully restored.

To optimize the space we completely reconfigured the original layout. An en suite bathroom was added to the primary bedroom, and we opened up the kitchen to create an expansive living area. We integrated a dedicated office space to meet their professional needs.

The design palette featured soft, inviting tones of powdery rose and serene beige, harmonizing with dark wood accents. This fusion of classic elements with modern functionality truly embodies Veronica and Jonathan's vibrant lifestyle, making their apartment a personalized haven within the art deco charm of their building.
