Robert's vision for his renovation project of a 70m2 T2 apartment in Pantin was to transform the space into a modern haven for him and his partner. As it was part of a new build, we were able to collaborate with the developer directly to modify the original floorplan in order to bring Robert's vision to life.

One significant change was removing a bedroom to create a more expansive living room, aligning with Robert's priority: a prominent TV area with built-ins, designed to be the statement feature of the space.

The interior design reflected a modern aesthetic, centered around a captivating blue canard color palette. An open kitchen with an island became a focal point, complemented by a redesigned loggia that was furnished to give Robert the feeling of an outdoor haven from the comfort of his home.
